Communal areas are cozy! I really like the cinema room where my friends and I watch movies every week. Staff members are really nice as well

Regarding the noise coming from the main road this is because our location in the heart of the city centre is on one of the main roads for transport in the city. The room is nice and spacious, although that is reflected in the price you pay. Everything works except the television is a bit temperamental. The bed is very comfortable. The demister pad for the mirror in the bathroom is great and adds a touch of luxury. Social spaces can be booked but I was not made aware of this at the start of my tenancy and also isn't mentioned in any of the welcome documents. The sauna is an amazing amenity and the complementary breakfast is fantastic. Unfortunately, the laundry is very expensive £3.30 a wash and £2.00 for drying. The doors to the apartment slam loudly and cabinets and closet doors could have used soft closing mechanisms as these can be disruptive at night if your neighbour is a night owl. There are various social activities throughout the year. Personally, I'd rather pay less for the room then have the social activities. Overall, the place is great but there are some things which prevent me from giving it a 10/10.

The apartment is amazing! It is vary spacious and you have a lot of storage place, a large desk (large enough to put a couple computers and a printer. The bed is very comfortable. Best part, you have your own bathroom and kitchen, and the bathroom is spacious. On the other hand, the staff is really friendly, responsive and supportive and they can help you with anything you need.

very good location, 7-8 mins walk to the main campus of UOL. Very kind and patient reception staffs, and the most important, they have free breakfast every morning!

The rooms are fantastic and spacious. They occasionally gather a bit of dust but that’s super easy to clean up! There is a great bit of kitchen space that makes cooking food really easy. The communal spaces are very simple and warm aesthetically and are designed in a way that makes communication with fellow residents easy. The staff are super polite and social and keep the place very well stocked - especially in the mornings during the Free Breakfast time. The residents all meet you with smiles, but I often feel a language barrier that has made it difficult for me to make friends in the building.

I really love this accommodation because it is so clean and well-designed. There are also many activities to celebrate festivals from all over the world, letting me feel the holiday atmosphere in a foreign country. The public facilities of the apartment are very functional. It is the best accommodation in Liverpool, I think.

I'm spending my 3rd year at Iconinc as I have loved it so much! The staff go above and beyond and are super friendly. The cleaning staff keep the facilities spotless! Breakfast is always fresh and plentiful and all the events run by the team ensure there is a community feel. My room has everything I need! It feels very homey and comfy!

This apartment is the BEST student accommodation I‘ve lived in Liverpool! The apartment is large and has a lot of activities. All staff are very very supportive and friendly and responsive, they will give u help in a very timely manner, big thanks to Beth, Lucy, Matt and Alfie. A very good stay, I stayed on the same day as my friend and was warmly assisted every time I moved my luggage. The interior of the flat was also very satisfactory, clean and comfortable environment, plenty of storage space, everything was very satisfactory.

I had a lot of luggage and moved it three times. The front desk staff received me very warmly each time and helped me to move my luggage to my room, the new room was very clean and tidy, the room was large and the bathroom was tidy.

I have lived here for 2 years now and have loved every second! The facilities on offer are second to none in terms of quality and value for money. I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! It’s quirky yet very homely which I feel is down to the amazing team and in particular the manager, Lucy, who is always on hand to help or just to cheer you up with a chat. I have lived here for 3years . Facilities are brilliant. Location is perfect and the staff look after you. The breakfast has something for everyone and is a god send when you are in a rush of a morning. Highly recommend. The reception staff is super helpful and always available to try to satisfy our requests, especially Pete!
Iconinc is great. Facilities and staff are 10/10. Social events are always fun and a great way to meet new people. Cleaners do a fantastic job. Lucy has a great team. Beth the team leader is sound. Libbie jacob and becs all go the extra mile but Pete is our favourite he has been here the longest and he feels like family. Would recommend The Ascent to anybody who is looking to move to Liverpool for university especially if you want luxury and something a bit different.
Lived here for 3 years and I honestly can't recommend a better accommodation. This accommodation managed to uphold great studying facilities as well as social events. More importantly, the hospitality has been 10/10 for the entirety of the three years, especially Pete who has been here for two years and the new manager Lucy.
IconInc is the best accommodation I have lived in during my university years. From the weekly cleaning service to the daily breakfast everything is perfect. Also need to mention the staff. Libbie and Pete are amazing always go the extra mile to help us. Highly recommend the ascent

IconInc has been a great place to stay, I only moved in a couple of weeks ago I have met loads of new friends and all the events make it so easy to interact with the other residents. I love the facilities we have especially the gym and the breakfast every day. The reception staff are always helpful and have a laugh with us all. I would definitely recommend IconInc to anyone looking for somewhere to stay for Uni as there is a great social feel but also loads of space to study and work

The ascent (Iconinc) is the perfect student accommodation it has everything you need from a gym to a cinema room to study spaces. The staff here are great and so helpful as well. So far I've had a great experience and can't wait to finish uni whilst staying here!

I had an amazing welcome when I came in from the train. After taking my bags up I requested a tour after signing my final documents. The WHOLE building is astonishingly clean, nice and useful for studying.

I looked around a couple of student accommodations around Liverpool in which none came close to IconInc. What first struck me was the amazingly pleasant staff, and the cleanliness of the building. With fantastic features throughout the building such as a gym, large communal areas in which we are able to work and meet other students, cinema room, library and many more. Not only a fantastic place to live, but a fantastic place to work. I would definitely recommend IconInc, whether it be for a masters degree student or first year student. Brilliant value for money!

Fantastic standards - I moved in to The Ascent 7 days ago and I already feel super settled in Liverpool. A sense of community is really important to me, and the standout feature of this accommodation is the management team, they understand the importance of bringing the housemates together and actively put in effort in to make sure the residents here are happy, comfortable and getting involved with activates if they want to. One the best accommodation in liverpool. One the main things i liked about it was that i moved alot through student accommodation and privacy was an issue. But over here, you got your own privacy with no disturbances and a very lovely reception.

Very luxurious and comfortable apartment with a friendly and enthusiastic team, there are many leisure facilities in the apartment, nice breakfast and great events taking place all the time. Personally speaking, I think this is the best apartment in Liverpool because this apartment and the Ascent Team made me feel warm.

Living in IconInc is like a real home away from home. The staff, tenants and the overall atmosphere is comforting to to everyone who lives here. I love talking to the reception staff day in day out and they make me feel very welcome.

I have lived at The Ascent in Liverpool for 2 years. After my first year here at Iconinc, I loved it so much that I renewed. From the moment I arrived here, I was made to feel so welcome. The facilities in the building are amazing. There is a sauna and steam room, gym, music room, lounge, games room, cinema and lots more. The staff are there 24 hours a day and really look after you. The building is completely safe and a great place to study but also so much fun with regular complimentary events. The free breakfast is a great addition too.

The Ascent is the perfect luxury student accommodation. The staff are fantastic. They resolve issues immediately and feel like friends. The building has everything you could possibly need. I make use of facilities like the cinema, steam room and sauna every day. The breakfast daily is a huge plus. The building is spotlessly clean. I love Iconinc!

The Ascent, Iconinc is in my eyes, a very welcoming and lavish place to stay, the facilities are fantastic, with everything a student could possibly want. The student environment is very welcoming and friendly. The main thing that makes The Ascent stand out is the outstanding service the staff provide, who throughout my tenancy I have gotten to know very well and feel at home around. The small things add up that they do such as, wake up calls, always having a friendly face, saving a croissant from breakfast, ordering your taxi and the list goes on. Pete was the member of staff to show me around at my viewing and he left a very good impression and throughout my tenancy he has gone above and beyond in his politeness and how he treats everyone. Lucy, Tom, Elliot, Bailey and Jenny also are fantastic members of staff who treat you very well. My only complaint is the price of the rent and the extortionate increases for next year (£2500 increase) which needs to be addressed.

Best student accommodation in Liverpool in my opinion, because of the location, the stuff and the event. One of the reasons that made me stay in this accommodation is the stuff, they are really friendly and kind with everyone and I never have a problem with any of them

During the first month I lived here, the Windows of my house were not strictly closed, so I could clearly hear the sound of traffic on the road. The window was not repaired the next month. After the repairs, the window never opened. It's not tight and it won't open. I haven't had a good rest for a long time.
