For the price you pay, it's worth it. 5 people per floor with one kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as (for most people) a washbasin in the room, means it does feel like no one else is really there at some points. The kitchen stuff is a bit weird with a fridge in a different room to the oven, microwave, etc but that isn't a problem. Social space is limited so you may have to go out your way a little if you want to meet people. They keep it clean and when a problem arises, there are people soon on hand to sort it out. As for wifi, it was faultless and fast. It's by no means the best compared to what else is offered, but you're paying very little and getting a lot considering what it would be with bills and internet.
The wifi was very fast- which was good because there was very little social space available during my time. This could’ve been due to the covid restrictions however. The value for money here is good, I had just 5 people to one kitchen and 2 toilets which made it almost feel like I was the only one around at times since it was quiet. This isn’t everyone’s preference but I was comfortable with it and I still got to know my flat mates well.
