A lovely modern accommodation. a lot of facilities as well as beautiful scenery. However, the location is on top of a hill makes it difficult to commute to social events on the other side of town.

Don’t underestimate the hill, it is the worst hill ever, but it does get you fit. However, Ffordd Tudno and the other more modern St Mary’s halls are definitely worth it imo. Comfortable, cleaners do a great job and don’t just refuse to clean at all if there are a few dishes drying on the drying area like some uni halls cleaning teams do. The wifi worked just fine for online gaming (maybe the occasional issue but that happens anywhere) so it should function for most uses perfectly. Only real issue I had here was the lack of security for bikes—most are fine, but be careful with proper expensive bikes like nice custom mountain bikes and e-bikes when stored in the shed. When mine was there the sheds were broken into by thieves unscrewing the plastic shell bolts from the outside and getting in then stripping then nicest bikes for parts. However, I was refunded for the bike shed cost. Having bike insurance is probably advisable. Cars are fine—just don’t leave valuables visible.

Best place to live in University Accommodation. Include all facilities Bills and Wifi. Wifi service is amazing you did not need to But extra Internet. Kitchen is the best place to cook delicious meals.

Pretty basic but quite cheap. Downside is the massive hill
