Absolutely awful. If youre unlucky enough to be placed on the bottom floor -expect depression to head your way. Bushes in front of the windows blocking natural lighting, bars on the windows so you cant open them more than 2 inches. Tiny rooms, not enough fridge and freezer space for 14 people shared accomodation. The only saving grace is the placement - its on campus so easy access to everything. Although dont expect a good night sleep on wednesdays and the weekends as youre right next to the student club

Could have more social space but otherwise it’s great
There is no common area to relax with flat mates only the kitchen which is not private at all. It makes it difficult to have friendships in the accommodation as there is no where to relax together aside from bedrooms.
Met lovely friends there, however mine was 2 floors which is the more social one. Rooms are ok, spacious but old compared to manor park. Amazing location next to town and 5 min walk to lectures, kitchen cleaned 2 or 3 times per week. no social space except the kitchen

Really good location on campus, in walking distance of town and obviously really close to all the events held on stag hill
My house is opposite to milenium house which is close to the station, town centre. location is perfect, sounds from cars are noisy though . room size is large enough, but the water/hot water supply, and heater were often broken. Even now the heater in our kitchen is broken, so it is still perfectly working in this middle of August.
University court is good. But the way the buildings are laid out means it's hard to be social as you don't walk past any rooms as the building is 3 floors and the kitchen is on the first floor.
Location of the halls is brilliant. Everything is really convenient.
So close to town, great location to get to the uni, it is expensive but the we have a bath!!
I love Uni Court, it's clase to lectures, to my friends and to town. It's he perfect location. I wouldn't want to live in any other hall
These halls are really nice and the closest to town/the train station and to Rubix (SU). I have an en-suite with the nicest shower, hot water in ten seconds flat. The kitchen can be a little cramped with all ten of us, but we rarely all cook at once so it's usually fine. My room is a good size and it's fine for any on-campus locations.
The location of University Court accommodation is good, however compared to the other Band D rooms, you do not get the same value for money.
Accomodation was expensive, and the building is so old. No internet in the kitchen. No social area except for the kitchen, so quite hard to socialize. Kind of ugly too. But the location makes up for everything else, as its close to rubix, lecture halls, and the way to town and the train station.
Stay is comfortable, it just looks old and hard to clean, i.e. The carpet is impossible to hoover and my shower.
Rooms are a bit old and outdated but all necessities are there and it is great location, so near to the town centre, train station, library and student union and lecture theatres.
Good Location for town Things do break no common room, kitchen kind of served that purpose, but without sofas etc. Bit old fashioned compared to manor park
