I have stayed in rialto court for the 2020-2021 school year. This place is the worst accommodation. I bet the positive reviews were fake or bought. The staff of the rialto court will come into your room without getting your permission and they are not helpful at all. I have tried to request switching my room once i arrived the accommodation. Although there are tons of free rooms, they did not switch me to a better room. Next, when all students pay the same price for the accommodation, the size of the room are different. My room is tiny af, while some of my friend has a room can fit 5 beds. This is so unfair. Finally, due to the covid restrictions, I could not get back to UK. The rialto court still charged me the rest of the accommodation fee. This is insane. They just want to scam your money. Please do not stay in this place. You will regret about it.

I cannot vouch for the social experience as half of my stay here was at the height of the pandemic (i.e. the period from 03/20-07/20), and most of the friendships I had, were made in class as opposed to back at the accommodation. However I do know of quite a few people who became close friends with their flatmates, so my experience is not universal. In terms of location, Rialto Court is situated in a very convenient part, halfway between the town centre and the university. The best part about Rialto Court in my opinion, is the facilities and the staff; the staff were absolutely lovely and so incredibly helpful. On this basis, I cannot recommended it enough and I have very fond memories of my time there!

I am extremely disappointed with Rialto court! Staff are impolite and never give me parcels! My room is small and the water pressure is bad! I will never recommend any of my friends staying there, G house is definitely better…

Rialto Court is amazing! It’s extremely nice inside and out, the people are great. Rialto makes a bit dreary Stockton much better. Managers are very helpful ❤️

Rialto Court is a perfect Accomodation in terms of both location and social experience. It’s very close to the campus, and you can also easily get to many places from Thornaby station and the bus stop which is right in front of the entrance to Rialto. There is no better way to make friends than while living in Rialto. You will also be impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff here is. ❤️

If you are thinking which Accomodation to choose in these tough times — choose Rialto. The stuff is very helpful while you are isolating and when you are finally free. They are solving any problems you may face and help with the deliveries. Thanks Jason and Ceril

The administration specially Mr. Ransom has been very kind and helpful with everything I have asked. He has with addition of his staff made so far the isolation bearable.

It’s a good experience but I just have a major problem with the common room. I hope by next term it will be free use whereby any apartment can go in at the same time. Also, it can close at a later time

Everything is accepted and the pricing is fair, it’s always interesting to meet new people to live with.

The best student accommodation in Stockton

The rooms were great, and so were the kitchens. However, staff stole things from us (especially cigarettes), some staff and the cleaners were extremely rude. There were multiple instances where staff damaged the property while we were all at school and blamed it on our heads, and even charged fees on us.

It was a totally unforgettable experience at Rialto Court. I stayed nearly everyday because of the pandemic and I didn’t feel isolating at all because the communal kitchen is so well-equipped for gathering. Went through tough times during my stay and it was a very very good place from every perspective. The staff were so nice, big love to all of you.

Excellent accommodation. All the staffs work hard and care about us during the pandemic period.

The place is generally clean to live in and all, but some rooms have stains in the carpet and the kitchen in my apartment was not cleaned up after the previous tenant. Overall, it's a really great place to stay in.

This accommodation is literally garbage. Firstly, They come in to your room without acknowledging you. Secondly, their service is so bad, you can never change your room no matter what. My room is on the ground floor, pedestrian can look into your room and annoys you. Lastly, the kitchen and room for over 18 students are much bigger than those under 18s. We payed for the same price but getting a different experience. This is unfair. Durham should stop the corporation with them. Please, dont choose this accommodation.

My room is so small. I’ve visited others like room. Most of them are 2 times bigger than mine. I pay the same amount of money as others. In the preference survey form, I put in I want to live in high floor. However, I was arranged on first floor. None of my requirements and preferences are met. This is totally unfair. I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends who are going to study in Durham ISC to have their accommodations in Rialto Court.

Jason is the best manager ever! Every manager is very helpful. WiFi works nice, easy to get to the university. The views from the windows are just amazing: the river and swans.

It is so nice to have lived in Rialto Court. Beautiful and quiet place and staff there are very nice, though it needs abt 10 minutes of walking to the shopping centre.

Best choice in Stockton-On-Tees. Porters are friendly and kind. Rialto also has the perfect location where near the market. Living here like back home.
