I have been staying here for five months. The room is very warm and comfortable. The staff has been very helpful. A couple of times I faced issues with the appliances, but the staff had acted very promptly; they replaced the appliances with new and better ones. Also, I like the location of the accommodation. Departmental stores, train stations and the university campus are all accessible just by walk.

I have lived here for two years. Have experienced some maintenance and Wi-Fi issues at times, but they were fixed promptly. Staff were quick to provide clarity.
Thank you for your review, its good of you to take the time to give yur feedback. Having maintnance/wifi issues is something that happens from time to time, we always deal as efficiently as we can to get them resolved quickly, keeping our tenants up to date as often as is needed.
Very good price for what you get, staff are excellent at getting problems sorted straight away. Lovely place to live however no one is very social. Nobody speaks but its not a huge deal for an introvert like me.
