Staff were helpful when you submitted an enquiry or maintenance request, but if you didn't mention it, then the staff were very unhelpful, with very poor communication between the staff and the students living there. The water was unreliable the entire stay as we did not have consistent hot water from October to December, and then the water would cut off on random days, but usually would be fixed within the same day. The elevator was also unreliable, with people getting stuck inside. They were also doing a lot of construction while I was staying there, meaning there were builders nearly daily from November to June. However, they would sometimes host events such as a picnic when it was nice weather and smoothies from the reception, but not many people would show up. The location is really good, though, next to plenty of shops and not far from the uni or town. read more
My experience here has been good it’s right by all the big stores so haven’t had to drag heavy bags of shopping far. The room is exactly what is described and has been perfect for my stay. The storage provided has been very useful especially the under bed storage. read more
