I am happy to read that you are enjoying your home away from home experience at Anglia House. The front desk team aim to always be available to help or even just for a chat & a coffee :)

When booking with us tenants can be assured of a 24/7 site service with both the siye team and our security team out of hours.

I am happy to read that you are enjoying the accommodation and space it offers along with our great location within a few minutes walk of 4 key supermarkets for all your shopping needs so you can cook up a storm in our large kitchens.

Our common room with TV area and study room social spaces can still be booked at reception and with the road map out of lockdown looking posotive we hope to have more social events coming to Anglia House soon.

I am sorry to read that you are not totaly satisfied with our security services. Your feedback is invaluable in allowing us to better understand where we are performing to an excellent standard and areas we can look to furter improve.

Sorry to read that you would like value for money. We have rooms starting from £170 per week for 21/22 bookings and a £500 Amazon voucher for the first 50 rebookers. Along with the added bonus of no bills, your pick of rooms, no deposit, and onsite wellbeing events every month.

During the ongoing pandemic our social spaces (Common room with TV lounge and study room can be booked for use at reception. With warmer weather coming soon we also have the 2 large outdoor courtyard spaces.

Alternativley let the site team know and we can contact them on your behalf to ensure any issues get rectified.

With so many of our residents living with us and partaking in online study we know that a great internet connection is crucial  which is why we offer high-speed 100MB broadband and Wi-Fi as standard in all rooms, and it’s also available in our social spaces and communal areas. If you want a change of scenery from studying in your room come and book a time slot in the common room/study room.

Ross our Facilities Assitsnat is with us 5 days a week to fix all your maintenance needs as quickly as possible.

The team are happy to hear that you love the spacious accommodation and rooms. 

A great advantage to our building is the 24 hour site team. When the office staff go home our security team step in to keep our residents secure in the knowledge that they have 24/7 staff support on site.

With 4 super markets within walking distance there is no excuse not to be maximising the full potential of the equipment in our kitchens and cook up some fabulous dishes for yourself & your flatmates. If it is raining outside and you dont feel like getting out of your pyjamas you can get supermarket delivery to reception (you just need to meet the delivery driver at the desk to receive).

The site team have taken on board your feedback reagrds the hoovers and washing machines.

As of last week we have a new addition to our team and Donna our Housekeeper will be on site Mon-Fri to ensure the building communal areas and equipments are kept in good clean working order.

I just wanted to take the time to let you know that during lockdown our social spaces (Common room & Study Room) can still be used subject to the following booking system.

You can book either space at reception where we have a booking log. The space can be used either individualy or with flatmates from the same cluster flat. You will then need to let reception know when you finish so we can apply an enhanced clean to the space before the next booking.

Would love to have you live with us again for 21/22, come and have a chat with us for reccommendations of rooms that receive more sunlight :)

We agree we have a beautiful location just a stones throw from Cambridge River (Famous for the annual Cambrigde Oxford Boat Race), where you can pack up a picnic and stroll room to river in under 1 minute.
