I got a written apology from the Dean. Technical staff are patient and helpful all round. Inconsistent level of effort across teaching staff. While some lecturers are obviously passionate about their field, others are clearly there for the job. student attendance rates low in Some modules owing to vapid lectures. Module coursework can overlap.
