I have been a resident at Lumis for over three years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, Abid has been incredibly helpful and supportive, guiding me through everything from booking to check-in. Whenever I’ve needed assistance with my room or maintenance issues, he promptly escalated them to the team to ensure quick resolutions. He even went out of his way to help with my move-in, and on multiple occasions, his great support has made all the difference. It’s because of this exceptional service that I’ve chosen to renew my stay for another year. Abid truly provides top-notch quality and care, what a great guy! I absolutely love everything about Lumis and highly recommend it to students.

The content of some courses is exactly the same. This situation both makes the process boring and causes an unnecessary waste of time. In addition, although some teachers do not provide additional information other than the materials uploaded to the Blackboard during the lesson, it is extremely unnecessary to have to attend the classes. In this regard, I think that flexible participation rules or online course options should be offered. read more
