Younis, Kasturi, Edson, Ace, and Martin are always really helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to help students and are always welcoming at reception. Edson can be a bit strict when it comes to issuing replacement key cards, but I understand why. I've seen quite a few lockouts, so it's fair that students are expected to be responsible for their keys. This is also one of the best places to stay. Grocery stores and other shops are very close by, and the tram stop is just a short walk away, making it really convenient. Overall, everyone does a great job and helps make the accommodation a welcoming place to live. read more
