Staying at this accommodation has been an unforgettable experience, and that is almost entirely down to Senada. Moving away from home as a student can be overwhelming, but Senada has a rare gift for making everyone feel genuinely welcomed, safe, and cared for from day one. She is truly the heartbeat of this entire building. Whenever I or any student needed help, a listening ear, or just a friendly smile after a stressful day, she was always there without hesitation. Her warmth, endless support, and beautiful, kind nature created such a loving community atmosphere for all of us. I am forever grateful for everything she did to make my stay so wonderful and comforting. The accommodation itself is great, but Senada is the reason it truly felt like home.
