I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, with clear communication and quick responses to any questions I had. Everything was well organised, which made the entire process stress free. Check in was equally seamless. The instructions were clear, and everything was ready upon arrival. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt welcoming and well maintained, which made settling in very easy. A special mention must go to the landlady, Senada, who has been absolutely amazing throughout. She is attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about her guests’ comfort. Any small queries were handled promptly and professionally, and her hospitality truly made the stay stand out. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I am pleased to say that I will be rebooking. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable, and enjoyable stay. read more
