staff working at the reception desk are extremely friendly and helpful, Bowie Wang and Karl. I cannot imagine the day without them ! Bowie help us with daily stuff cause she come from HK and can working in a dual-language environment using fluent Chinese and English. Karl is an expert in almost everything in our daily life like repairing things. Besides, Karl is all a traditional English Gentleman with rich life experience which can guide our future with his own experience working in different coutries. I think I am the god-blessed person that can have a fortune to meet such nice person in the UK. Hope we can become friends in the future ! read more

This is a very good apartment, its location is excellent, it is very close to the supermarket, it is only ten minutes walk to the library, the apartment has perfect facilities, gym, study room, etc., life is very convenient. In addition, Bowie who works at the front desk of the apartment, is very friendly and patient and often helps us in life. It is a very friendly accommodation. This accommodation has a very good location, which makes it very convenient to go to the university, go shopping in the city center, and eat out on West Street. The staff are very nice; they organise a lot of fun social activities and help me in my daily life. This helped me to adapt easily when I first arrived in the UK. The flat is also well equipped, with the fitness facility and activity room being common areas I frequented in my free time. read more
