My first year experience has been great. For my course the facilities are amazing! The university has lots of sports clubs that I am a member of and now a state of the art gym that while is mega busy at points is amazing. The student union isn’t nearly as active as other universities and I have barely stepped foot into the union. I wish they where a bit more involved. Hopefully new leadership will solve that. read more

So far I've had a great experience at the University, the lecturers are really friendly and approachable. Although it was a bit difficult to navigate to find lectures at first, I've gotten used to the buildings and know where I'm going now. I've made a few good friends, it's well worth joining any societies that interest you it's a good way of meeting people even if you're shy, there'll probably be people there you'll get on well with. read more
