I think there should be an app that all portsmouth uni students get, where it is well explained what facilities we have in each building and campus, and also advices from alumnis and news of upcoming events. because I feel like right now it's a bid hard for me to know what's going on and what are the facilities unless I keep asking over and over again and checking the website which is not convenient (like a phone app would be). Also, first comers usually get sick after coming because of a different diet/climat, so it would be helpful to have more information provided by the university on how to access health care in the uk especially for internationals. there aren't any society of my country unfortunately unlike others (omanis, french...) even if there are a lot of students coming from my country. I think that should be encouraged more, because when an international student knows that they'll meet their people, it always feels less stressful to move out of their country read more
