I am studying Finance with Business Accounting at the University of Plymouth, and I have enjoyed my experience here. My favourite module is Investment Management. The lecturer is extremely responsible, explains concepts clearly and in detail, and makes classes engaging and interesting. Their teaching style has significantly improved my understanding of finance. The university provides a positive learning environment, useful academic resources, and good career support. I have been at university for 2 years now and i have had nothing but a pleasant experience all round. The campus is easily accessible with buildings easy to find, the staff weather thats careers, lecturers, cafe staff, cleaners or support staff, all of which are kind, helpful and will go out of their way at any time to make sure you feel comfortable, supported and always habe a smile on your face whilst treating you like adults. I would reccomend this university to everybody i know as this truly is a home away from home and i will hate to leave the university next academic year. Lecturers are very quick to help for instance i had a bullying issue a year ago, and they went above and beyond immediately to ensure it was shut down and made sure to not happen again under any circumstances and even though i may not have those still lecturers now, they still check in to see how i'm doing, they do truly care. read more
