ive been too lazy since graduating so cant judge prospects. the course was tough, even the first module with Nigel nearly crushed me, but success was then so sweet...full knowledge of x86 in a matter of weeks, with problems u cant find answers for on google...first module was still my proudest and favourite. the problem i had later though was they used too much corporate software. why not teach the reliable old, open and free stuff? oracle, adobe, visual studio, matlab..the silly mobile emulators and android studio...these were all a huge pain, compatibility issues and inability to run on a cheap machine...for what!? it is garbage. this isnt compsci, it is attempting to fix problems without sctually being able to as its all closed and propietary. teach vim, git, agile, theory, cpu design, get us to make our own lang, or OS...that all excites us or is useful..the other stuff is great software...but it is intimidating. why was i making animations of sheep in an ai module? stil v gd tho read more
