As with all universities, the people and opportunities make the degree. The journalism and film staff are extremely helpful, and have really supported me in my career pursuits. However, I would have liked to see two things. Unfortunately half the staff had to leave the university, meaning the lecturers have been a bit stretched. It would have been great to keep the staff and module options I signed up for initially. Secondly, I would have liked to see more media opportunities in Lincoln but then again, it’s not exactly a city renowned for its buzzing industry. read more
