From what I have experienced so far, I feel like I have made the right decision in the University I chose. My reason for Clubs/Societies, is simply because I missed the societies fair, however I have managed to seek help with join some with the help of the student Union. The Facilities from what I've experienced are outstanding. My reasoning for the Careers Services is because I haven't personally experienced or visited the services, but from what I have heard they are reliable read more

One thing I can particularly praise is the campus, it is extremely accessible for all and has many signs to help navigate where buildings are. They also have campus tours weekly which is great for new students. There is often some type of fun sale occurring in the square ranging from jewellery, clothes and posters sales. A variety of societies which I have recently been able to join and are really enjoying so far. Their sports facilities are also amazing with two main centres one on campus and one in the village. They are extremely inclusive and are able to provide for those from all kinds of backgrounds. Lastly the support team is regularly advertised and the university ensures students know where to get help in certain areas such as mental health, career , finances and more. I would highly recommend the University of Leicester to any student. read more
