I’ve lived here for three years, and it’s been a genuinely positive experience. The staff are always friendly and approachable, and you can tell they actually care about the residents. If there’s ever an issue, they’re quick to talk to you and help sort things out. The communal spaces are one of the best parts of living here. There’s a common room with a pool table for when you want to relax, a study room for when you need somewhere quiet to work, and even a gym for anyone who wants to keep active without leaving the building. It’s a great balance of social and practical spaces. Someone is always on site, which makes the place feel safe at all hours. Knowing there’s always someone around gives real peace of mind. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and supportive place to live, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation with a strong sense of community. read more

I have had a really positive 2 years experience with this accommodation. The place is clean, well-maintained, and has everything I need for a comfortable stay. The room itself is spacious, with good lighting and enough storage, which makes settling in easy. One thing I really appreciate is how responsive and helpful the management/staff are. Any questions or minor issues are dealt with quickly, which makes a big difference. The overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming, which is especially important. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transport, shops, and other essentials, so getting around is not stressful at all. Overall, I definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay. It makes my experience much smoother and more enjoyable. read more

I’ve been living at Friargate Court and it’s honestly been a really good experience. The location is super convenient, the rooms are clean and modern, and any issues get sorted pretty quickly. There’s also a kind of student energy and engagement around the place, which makes it feel more social and lively. The uni is good, the student life especially is very great with all the pub quizzes happening every week and the fact that Preston is a student town. Just teaching quality is carried by a few strong performing lecturers, whilst some others are mediocre at best. read more
