Popular music has a lovely mix of all the elements of a music course - songwriting, film composition, business, production, performance and more. I’ve learnt so many new skills since I started and have been able to produce and release my own music as well as have an insight into music business jobs and how I could progress into those areas if I wanted to. They also let me tailor my assessments to my interests and what I want to do after uni, so I’ve been able to write Christian worship music.
