University of Lancashire is a great university overall. It has amazing professors and other staff that are willing to help you with anything you want. The campus is good size, meaning you don’t have to walk too much to get from one building to another. The university also has great societies which you can join either for free or usually for a small fee (depending on what society it is). Overall, I love this university! It has made me independent and confident enough to live alone. read more

Really great services for students; good food and prices, additional support with money such as bursaries if you need it - I am a Nursing and Midwifery student and I was given a 250£ bursary for transport to and from placements, books for courses, clothing etc. they offer a variety of support and my lecturers are very big on mental health - referred me very quick and offer so many counselling and talking therapies for all students!! The university is in a good location! Next to plenty of cheap and cheerful pubs and bars which students go to - good vibes and drinks, giving a great opportunity to meet different people aswell as a page on the website where you can access different clubs and societies to meet people and do things to you love even if it has any relation to the course(s) you are taking or not! You are very welcomed by the university by amazing staff and support (any support you need, you can look and be referred so quickly and they are so understanding!! read more
