I am incredibly grateful to Vaheed from the True Birmingham team for his assistance during my stay. As I do not own an iPhone, I ran into trouble getting a document to the apartment’s printer. I reached out to Vaheed at the front desk, and he kindly stepped in to help—using a USB drive and the front desk computer, he managed to get my urgent document printed. His warm and enthusiastic demeanor throughout the process really helped ease the anxiety I felt while dealing with an unexpected issue in a second language. The entire staff at True Birmingham is wonderful; you can choose to stay here with complete peace of mind. Once again, thank you, Vaheed—best wishes from the resident of Room 440!

I really like the atmosphere of toybox, it's very clean, very safe, and the lobby is also beautifully decorated. And there is a Chinese front desk, which is very friendly to Chinese international students. Because my English is not very good, I am very grateful to the Chinese receptionist for helping me a lot.
