I recently stayed at Polhill Park and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a genuinely relaxing stay. A special mention has to go to the manager, Raluca Chira, whose warmth and professionalism made all the difference. She was attentive to every detail, quick to answer questions, and went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly during our stay. It's clear she takes real pride in running a welcoming, well-organized property. I also want to highlight Fahad Ali, one of the security guards on site. He was consistently vigilant and professional, doing regular rounds throughout the day and night to make sure the grounds and building were secure. He was approachable and friendly whenever I passed him, always happy to greet guests, answer questions, or point us in the right direction, while still staying alert and taking his responsibilities seriously. Coming here, I had no idea what to expect—the first few weeks were a complete blur of trying to find lecture halls, surviving on cheap coffee, and figuring out how referencing actually works. But looking back, it’s been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. The lecturers actually care if you show up and ask questions, and the campus feels like its own little community. Sure, the library gets ridiculously packed during deadline week, and the wifi can be a bit moody, but the friends I've made and the support I've gotten make all the late nights worth it. It really feels like a place where you can grow—not just academically, but as a person. read more

I’ve had a really positive experience staying in this student accommodation. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for student life. The communal areas are also great for socialising and meeting new people, which made settling in much easier. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and campus facilities. It’s made getting to classes and running errands really simple. One of the best parts has been the staff—they’re friendly, responsive, and always willing to help if any issues come up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate.
