Counselling course is really good. Lots of support and good relationships with the tutor. Small classes and its very tailored to the group. Its very much what you make it. Psychology is required to cover closet content set by BPS. It is accredited which is good but its pretty tough. Feels like the lecturers dont listen to student feedback and many assessments are not fully explained. They dont coordinate with other schools about lecture times or exam dates. In general the university itself is pretty decent but the psychology department can be kinda questionable. I don't know how to compare it to other universities and like Aberdeen in general. read more
