Law with Criminology, LLB Hons FullTime

The course costs a lot and it costs more when you're an international student which is frustrating because International students already pay a lot to come this far specifically why do international students have to pay so much more than UK citizen students? I mean we're studying the same amount of content at the same time with the same opportunities and clubs and societies that come our and their way. Nothing is different or specially provided for international students. So why do they have to pay less and us extra? read more

I only put 3 stars for value for money because I generally don't have much contact time, but I do also understand that my course is a lot of independent study. That said, the contact hours I do have- the content is so interesting and the teaching is engaging! As for jobs, Leicester's Criminology dept. do a pretty good job at providing you with a careers fair relevant to your degree! There is also a module you take which introduces you to possible career paths and thats where I've found my current career path. read more

I went to DMU last year and can honestly say that University of Leicester is superb in comparison. The standard of teaching is superb and the facilities are excellent. They have now introduced a scheme where lectures are now recorded onto a online database , so you can go back and listen to the lecture anytime if you missed anything, I think this is possibly one of the best things read more
