My lectures are good, but my overall experience this term has been massively overshadowed by the strikes. I am worried about the future of the uni of essex and the quality of teaching next year if we lose our staff. Before I would've recommended this university in a heartbeat but now I am much more reluctant, the organisation from the Vice Chancellor and her handling of the financial issues has been deplorable. read more
