The Northern School of Art

Would say Hartlepool campus isn't great. HE is at Hartlepool and Student services/the library is a fair walk from the main building. Some staff are decent but others aren't, overall difficult to get any issues resolved. Student services are quite difficult to deal with and the complaints system is stupid. Tutors really have the approach of "no hand-holding" to the point where some students will really really struggle and they won't try to help at all really. I get that its a degree but reasonable adjustments for learning difficulties and disabilities is the bare minimum and they won't even do that unless forced. read more
