Relevant Science subjects - Biology, Computer Science, ICT (not Applied), Digital Technology, Electronics, Environmental Science, Environmental Technology, Geography, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Technology & Design.
Other subjects considered on an individual basis.
A-level General Studies and Critical Thinking are normally excluded from offers. However, the grade achieved may be taken into account when results are published in August and may be used in a tie-break situation.

The university is very nice, sometimes the lecture halls can be rather cold. The wifi is a bit iffy a lot of the time which can be an issue as some of the lecture halls don’t have 4/5g connection read more

It is my first year studying at queen’s university and Swanston House has made it great. I’d like to share my appreciation for Lokesh and Trish, the reception team at our building. They are both consistently friendly, professional, and approachable, creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Lokesh is extremely kind, professional and reliable, especially during night shifts where he handles complex situations calmly and professionally, always making sure everything runs smoothly. His positive attitude and willingness to help really stands out. He is always willing to help!! Trish is especially kind and supportive. She is always happy to offer advice and help whenever needed. She goes the extra mile for residents, even doing small thoughtful things like opening the door for people she recognises, which makes a big difference. I hope both of their efforts don’t go unnoticed. Thank you both for your excellent service and for making the building a better place to live. read more
