Peter Symonds' College

I got here currently and I do think it is a good college. But if I had to have a do over I would not choose to go here if I knew what I did now, We get so much pressure put on us and the teachers (at least the ones I had) don’t care about you. If you’re looking for an individual learning experience then I would not go here. It is very crowded as well. Yes there are some great resources and socially it is brilliant but honestly I just didn’t have the best experience. If you wish to study criminology it is a very difficult subject and me personally I felt as if I had to teach my self half of the course, but i think that was more down to my teacher Marc who was not the best teacher, he never helped me even when i asks for feedback. And in a lot of our lessons he doesn’t actually teach us we just sit and do our own work that we teach ourself in his lesson and he wouldn’t say anything. Other than that i will say the college is good the food is good and the law department is brilliant. read more
