In general most of the facilities are sound, but some are still a little outdated. Wifi is generally okay but does have some issues sometimes depending on which building you're in. read more

I’ve had a really good experience living here. The main thing for me is the safety and quiet environment. As an international student, having 24-hour security and staff support makes me feel much more comfortable. The sound insulation is also very good, which helps a lot with resting and studying. It’s also close to the university, so daily life is very convenient. The location is also convenient and close to the university. It is also near the train station, which makes travelling to other places very easy and convenient. read more

Hope you don't need a physical library space when studying, because they closed the library and knocked it down. I didn't have easy access to books for more than half my studies and there Argos style click and collect is poor. The mental health support is just a quick 6 week turn-around so they can get you back to studying with no real care. Some of the people can be really nice, there is no doubt about that but the University as a whole doesn't implement enough to support people with mental health issues. The scheduling can be a bit of joke depending on your course and how hard your tutors fight for good scheduling. read more
