I regret going to this university. I wanted to live in Manchester and thought the course would be pretty much the same everywhere and it just wasn;t I really don't feel like I am learning anything here. The lecturers act like they genuinely hate the students. There are loads of mature students who have been out of education for years, and the whole course panders to them. It's so hard to get engaged with it, it's all group work and it's not interesting or challenging at all. Placement is a good experience, but essentially you are a slave paying to work. Go somewhere higher rated if you're able to. Manchester is a sick city but the trade-off with this course wasn't worth it for me. read more
