LJMU is a very well rounded university, they try and split all efforts equally and in return I've had a great experience with labs, IT services, library services and wellbeing. I think our SU is great at making sure the uni is staying in track and keeping the students at their focus. We also have an amazing sense of community here and it's makes a huge difference on our day to day as well as overall experience. read more

I’ve had a really good experience living at Ablett House. The accommodation is clean, well maintained, and in a great location close to the city centre and universities. One staff member who really stood out to me is Ali. He is always friendly, helpful, and quick to solve any issues. It’s great to have someone so supportive and professional in the team. read more

The uni is very good in my opinion. There’s always support available, which you’re reminded about often. You can also make appointments with the wellbeing team often and they’ll help you. Most of the lecturers are really nice and easy to go to for help, they never make you feel bad for asking questions. The uni is also very social, there’s so many groups and societies, the uni also always tend to have something going. The uni buildings are also nice and modern, there’s lots of good places within the uni to go and get work done. The uni are also very good with helping students if they need anything, i know some people who were given laptops ect… I would definitely recommend LJMU to someone it’s such a nice uni with so much support available. Liverpool is also such a lovely city there’s so much to do, people are friendly and nightlife is so good :) read more
