This course is very confusing, and the assignments are very similar so it doesn't feel like I'm learning much that is new. We spent 5 weeks with only 1 lesson that was referencing which we have already done 3 times before. We could have done our necessary training like manual handling in this time instead of breaking up our annual leave which for people who live far away, only to come back for 1 day and spend money for a flight, or other ways of transport and may need to pay for a hotel. It is also confusing who to email about asking questions about the course due to how they've structured the canvas pages. read more
