Value for money is not good.. Most things I learn I could have just been taught from a 10£ book. Personal tutor is a G. Only paying 9k a year to get decent job prospects, can't imagine paying 9k for a philosophy degree here.. read more

I did MSc Robotics, not General Engineering, but it is not listed. The course is a joke, and I am being generous because at least that is funny. They teach you outdated software that no company uses. I have approached multiple companies, all saying that they don't use old software and need someone who knows the current stuff (I have effectively started making my own year-long worth of projects to get the skills they didn't teach on the new software). We tried to provide feedback, and the student reps mentioned that the course was outdated. Their response was to find a singular company that uses the old techniques and says it is still industry standard. Honestly, I feel bad for every foreign student; they pay so much for nothing. Then they have a group project section, but they don't provide resources or space to back it up and restrict purchasing so much that you can't actually buy the components to do the project, which even the good faculty members were annoyed with. read more
