My personal tutor was absolutely horrible. He wouldn't ever help me with my problems. The neuroscience course is also studied along side of biology & biochemistry which have nothing to do with your course but it's still mandatory. In one of the classes I got called a "b****" by a professor as I told him I don't have all the equipment I needed. He said to his assistant "go see what this b**** is on about". But ahh well, he later got fired because of a personal reason (I hear it was about being with another student) but honestly I'm not surprised. I had a biology professor called Vicky (if I remember correctly) and she was honestly the best professor out the lot (even tho I was studying neuroscience and not biology) she explained every thing with ease and really helped me through the module (thank you!) But I honestly hated everything about Keele! Some love it and some hate it but I moved to a different uni and omg...it does get better!

Very disappointing. Every year is a struggle with organisation and timetable. Some of the lecturers are hard to reach; some modules have very poor content in the lecture using the excuse of ‘promoting self study’; assessment method for some modules is based on group work. I am just starting my third year and i can really see the difference in quality between friends that go to other universities. Maybe other degrees courses are better, but for neuroscience i don't feel like i am getting the education i pay for read more

Outstanding quality of teaching. They have shown great resilience and commitment in providing quality standard of learning by adapting to remote access as per recent national guidelines due to the pandemic. Supportive and helpful staff made us feel like we are part of a community.
