I’ve really enjoyed my time at Melbourn point. The shared spaces are always spotless, there’s loads of amenities like the study rooms and games room, the staff are all really helpful and the fact that there’s someone in reception 24/7 is really helpful and any issues get resolved immediately.

Residents at Melbourn Point never have to worry about being late for class as the University College Cork and Munster Technological University are both within a seven-minute walk away. Everything you need and want is either a stone's throw away or a short bus ride away.

When wanting to socialize with your flatmates, you can hang out in the common room, cinema room, gaming booths or attend one of the wellbeing events. There are also other handy facilities, such as a gym, study rooms, laundry facilities and bike storage. To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, there is wifi, CCTV, key access, all-inclusive bills, on-site maintenance and 24-hour support.

Newly built accommodation in Cork, very close to MTU and only about 10 mins away from UCC by bus. It's very convenient money-wise and avails many services such as a gym, small cinema room, two different study rooms and an amazing common room with a pool table, vending machine, televisions and couches to chill on after a long day on campus. Highly recommend this building if you wish to have a fabulous time in Cork and get in touch with students from all different backgrounds and nationalities!!!

Been living here 2 years, not planning on leaving! The apartments are cosy and practical, and all amenities are top quality. The place is kept clean, with any maintenance completed swiftly and correct. The staff are very friendly and always up for a chat.

I’ve lived here for my 3 years of college so far and I’ve never hesitated to book one year after the next, the staff are absolutely amazing and they’ve really made Melbourn my home away from home, if I ever have an Issue (which is rare) they’re so so helpful and kind. Love you Melbourn staff!!
It is a very safe place to live and you get great value for money considering the prices of accommodation elsewhere. The staff are so lovely and always very helpful if theres any problem or if you need any help with anything. Would definitely recommend
