The location is very good and the rooms are basic but clean and spacious. Their water heating system is terrible, though. The boilers are old, and there's never enough hot water, unless you use the "boost" function, but that will inevitably end in an additional charge. The staff is ok, although the manager Ciarán was rude and unprofessional on multiple occasions. They don't notify you of room inspections, but simply come inside the apartment with no respect for privacy. Not the worst place to stay in Cork for sure, but still overpriced and very, very average. read more
