Coming to raffles has made uni easier as it is safe building which is clean which take off some pressure
Overall I was satisfied with the service at the accommodation. I like how the location was near many stations, restaurants, gyms and bus stops. But in correlation to westminster it was pretty far. I felt that I paid a little too much for what I got, especially considering the social spaces weren’t open because of covid. I know that my experience would’ve been different if it wasn’t for lockdown.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We appreciate your understanding of ammenities being closed during lockdown.
Management is abysmal. The staff a rude, have very little knowledge about the halls themselves and are lacklustre in everything they do. If there is something wrong with your room, don’t expect it to be fixed for weeks, if not months. The WiFi is bad, on a good day. Recommend using Ethernet as that’s much better. Good luck getting your deposit back too! I am still waiting on mine, 3 months after leaving. Fellow residents were messy, left rubbish across the whole building, enjoyed smoking weed in their rooms which meant the whole block stank. They by-passed the smoke alarms with a sock... A miserable place to live, for far too high a cost. And don’t even get me started on the laundry room. £9 a week to wash and dry one load, with varied results (on far too many occasions, the machines left marks on my clothing, or the laundry was soaking wet after a dry). Avoid Raffles House at all costs!
Awful management, bad at replying to e-mails, internet didn't work for half the year.
