Room didn’t seem like it was cleaned prior to arrival. Floor hasn’t been fixed despite reporting it as soon as I arrived, kitchen sinks don’t drain well, shower doesn’t drain well, sofa in communal area remains broken
very nice rooms and the kitchen is okay. very close to lots of shops and the university and train station. :)
Wrexham student village is right on campus so within very easy reach of everything the University has to offer, including the student union, library and gym, as well as all lectures. It's also only a 5 minute walk in one direction to a retail center with an Aldi, Sainsbury's and boots, and 5-10 minutes in the opposite direction then you are in the centre of town. We are also right next door to the (now famous) Wrexham AFC racehorse football ground. There is also a 24 hour laundrette on site as well as 24 hour security. The office team are very helpful, open to suggestions and willing to engage with students to help improve life at student accommodation. They are also generally able to resolve any maintenance issues in a timely manner depending on urgency. The rooms themselves have ample space as well as lots of room for storage and a large desk. Every room also includes an en-suite bathroom with shower. The rooms are always very clean upon arrival.
Overall I believe that the accommodation is good for what you want in a student village. Great location apart from the noise on match days, friendly staff and good rooms.
I stayed in wrexham village last year and found it was a very enjoyable experience. It's right on campus which makes getting to Uni in the morning very easy

Ensuite rooms and large social spaces mean that you have your privacy but are also able to enjoy student life to the fullest
There is nothing todo, the food is so expensive and it isn’t even nice.
Office staff are always lovely as are the maintenance team, Rooms are very spacious and warm
GREAT PLACE TO LIVE, STAFF REALLY ARE A GREAT HELP AND WILL OUT OF THEIR WAY FOR YOU WHICH MAKES YOUR STAY EVEN MORE ENJOYABLE . WIFI IS REALLY GOOD , I WOULD RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE AGAIN , AND MY FAMILY WERE REALLY PLEASED THAT I STAYED HERE AND THOUGHT THE STAY WERE HELPFUL TOO.
This is the worst place in the whole city of Wrexham. We haven't had any heating or hot water for more than two months ! When we complain to the administration, they say they are going to fix it but they don't do it. This is unacceptable for such a price. If you're looking for a student accomodation, go to Student Village, not here. You'll thank me later.
