Sherbourne may seem the furthest away but in all truths that just means you're doing a little exercise walking to and from central campus! We have by far the nicest looking accommodation, our kitchens are the nicest on campus and the architecture is just amazing! The fact that you can see into other kitchens seems intrusive to some but it helps foster togetherness, you know everyone in Sherbourne and there are 6 blocks with 8 flats in each and each flat can have 9-12 people!! Great social experience

No social area, cleaners are rude, too far from central campus
Sherbourne, although being one of the nicer (and more expensive) accommodations - is also quite possible the worst located. The walk to campus is only around 10 minutes BUT for anyone who studies in the life sciences building...beware as you'll be in for a trek. The social scene at sherbourne is surprisingly good as it has a communal feel and it's easy to make friends in your blocks, although you can feel abit isolated from the main campus. The actual accommodation is very modern and spacious, aswell as this - sherbourne provides a good environment for revision purposes as it is not exhaustingly loud at night (could also be considered as tame). Aswell as this I've found that the wifi intermittently drops out and as a result I've used a lot more phone data over the term - costing more money. Overall I'd say the comfort that you get from living in sherbourne makes up for the location and the social orientation of the blocks makes it worth living there!
It's a bit out of the way but it's a very pleasant walk when it's sunny. It's located next to jogging tracks, which is a plus! You get a good community feel to it, you'll get to know a lot of people in different blocks. The rooms are super nice, very modern and not to mention it's ensuite!

Hall is well equipped, kitchen is really big. En-suite bathroom makes it really comfortable.

Loved staying in Sherbourne with friendly flat mates and lovely living environment!
Nice rooms but just that. Nothing else.
Bit far away but really modern and good kitchen lay out
Nice location - away from the busyness of central campus. Good facilities although there is no common room.
Good value if it were near the centre of campus, but it's not and therefore bad value for money.
Very over priced nice a bit antisocial
Lovely facilities, vile location.
A social room is very much needed!
Sherbourne is fab with a great modern feel and ensuites. Only think it is missing is a living room like area/ sofas as misses home comforts
Such lovely modern accommodation, right next to lakeside netball courts and a short walk to Westwood sports pitches and the post room. Number of students to a kitchen is good and the kitchens are massive with a lot of light entering through the full length windows. Bedrooms are a decent size with good heating. Rooms are very soundproof so can easily concentrate on work. The residences are slightly further away from central campus so I would advise a bike but this shouldn't be a reason to put anyone off!!
