Studying at Glasgow Caledonian University has been a really positive experience for me so far. The campus is modern, clean and everything is in one place, which makes it easy to move between classes. The lecturers in my course are supportive and genuinely try to help you understand the content instead of just teaching for the sake of it. One thing I really like is how practical and research-focused the course is. You actually get to learn things that matter in real clinical and scientific settings. The labs, library and study spaces are well-equipped, and you’ll always find a spot to study quietly if you need one. Of course, like any university, it has small downsides — sometimes communication can be slow, and certain processes take longer than expected, but nothing too serious. Overall, GCU has a friendly environment, helpful staff and a strong academic structure.
