International Business and French, BSc Hons
By member1337078 On 15th April 19International Business and Modern Languages (IBML) French is a great course which prepares you to take one year in industry and a job in a french-speaking country upon completion of the degree. The quality of the content is great, the teaching is on the whole brilliant and the staff are caring and considerate. The management of the course can be a little difficult as the degree falls within the business school and the languages school so there are two coordinators.
International Business, French and Spanish, BSc Hons
By member926341 On 23rd April 17Just finishing my first year of this course. My favourite thing is the course content, and the language I'm learning is all practical things to be used to actually speak the language. There's a nice 50:50 business:language split too.
International Business, French and German, BSc Hons

French and Spanish, BSc Hons
By Disgruntled Graduate On 19th November 15The quality of the French lectures always seemed satisfactory and often engaging. The Spanish side of the course was very lacking as, unless you knew most of it already, certain staff were reluctant to assist or help in any way that wasn't belittling. Unfortunate really, but luckily I wasn't paying the £9000/year fees new unfortunates will have to pay. As with the side of university that doesn't revolve around the course you pick, if you can call the Uni ignoring a fellow student stalking & harassing you and other students acceptable then good luck to you, should you make the decision to go there. (It actually took the offending student to be sentenced to a suspended prison sentence before they finally elected to stop giving him undeserved extra chances and kicked him out). I've said it before, I'll say it again: no wonder my Uni flatmate killed himself in Lakeside residences in 2014. The Uni tried to hush it up to avoid bad press and managed to let slip to me how he killed himself.
