Law (Crime and Criminal Justice), LLB Hons

Having family members who all have been in some sort of public service background, it’s driven me to be in a similar field.

Law, LLB Hons

As much as I love the subject and my experience so far at Swansea, I do feel the quality of teaching in some areas turns what could be a fantastic course into a mediocre one.

A number of lectures were simply reading off a powerpoint. In addition, we were explicitly told not to use unofficial internet content yet our lecturers used it as revision material.

Very enjoyable course, with lots of flexibility with options such as a year abroad etc. The teaching has been very good. Overall it's exceeded my expectations.

Law, LLB Hons

It's £9000 a year. It's a f******* joke for 12 hours contact time. Most of that has gone into the new campus and paying others grants.

Law and History, LLB Hons

By member711619 On 27th July 15

My course has been beyond fantastic, its all about getting what you want to study right! This year my personal tutor was a necessity helping me out both with huge problems at home and in uni. I felt very supported, she put in the time when I really needed it! The teachers respect you if you respect them, they aren't fools!
