Lecturers are a bit hit and miss with the good ones being great and the bad ones being very bad. Course content is good and covers a wide range of material

Jonathan Scholey is brilliant and seemingly holds the whole course together, without him it would be chaos

The uni provides you with everything you have to succeed however if you need personal support the staff are not helpful apart from a select few. They just make it someone else’s problem and never gets dealt with

Not a great lot of hours of teaching per week, all industry visits were cancelled, lab and workshop facilities are excellent, staff are very friendly and there are very good links with employers. Also the opportunity to study abroad for a semester or do a placement year.
