While online lectures and PowerPoints are informative, more in-person teaching would be beneficial for better engagement. The course content is thorough and relevant to future careers, but the shift to online delivery can sometimes feel isolating. Teachers work hard to make lessons engaging, though for neurodivergent students, accessing necessary support can be difficult due to occasional gaps in understanding or missed reasonable adjustments. Sometimes unorganised throughout the years of the bachelor, however very beneficial but sometimes could be better as doesn't always feel value for money, and some teaching styles are not my favourite, the course content is also not what I expected there is a lack of forensic (however, still referenced a lot and made into real life forensic setting situations) but just wasn't how I expected. However, masters seem to be more niche. there have been great guest speakers over the years, like police/detectives/people who have worked in prisons and a lot more! Overall and really fun course. I have enjoyed it; it opened my eyes, taught me new ways and things and helped me build myself. read more
