English Literature BA Hons

A Level: 112–72 UCAS Tariff points, equivalent to BBC–CDE or equivalent qualifications. AS Level: Must be in a different subject to the A Levels. A maximum of four subjects will be considered. Preferred subjects include English or another Arts, Humanities or Social Science subject, such as History, Geography, Politics, Sociology, Psychology, Religious Studies, Philosophy, Languages, Media Studies, Law and Economics. Applicants with qualifications in other subjects that develop analytical thinking, critical evaluation and written communication skills will also be considered. Applicants who do not hold a Level 3 qualification in English will require GCSE English Language or English Literature at grade C/4 or above.
