I don't think any university or learning should force students into a debt that is effectively a lifetime tax. However this is not BCU but a wider complaint. The Sociology course at BCU is actually fantastic with ample opportunity to explore niche interests alongside learning solid foundations of Sociology (both the cannon and wider feminist and decolonial learning). The course as a whole is well thought out and the modules support and compliment each other and the trajectory of learning Is easy to follow and logical. Can not recommend thr course and tutors high enough, it's just a shame that universities are not resistant to neoliberalism (both financially and culturally) read more
