My experience living in student accommodation has been very positive overall, providing a comfortable, safe, and supportive environment that is ideal for studying and socialising. The rooms are clean, well-furnished, and designed with students’ needs in mind, offering plenty of storage space, good lighting, and reliable Wi-Fi. The shared kitchen and lounge areas are well maintained and create a friendly atmosphere where students can cook together and build a sense of community. The management team is approachable and efficient, responding quickly to any maintenance issues, and the security measures in place ensure residents feel safe at all times. The location is convenient, being close to campus, shops, and transport links, making daily life easy and accessible. Regular cleaning of communal areas and recycling facilities help to maintain a pleasant and eco-friendly environment. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation to other students as it provides excellent facilities, read more

Think twice if you want to study Psychology at ARU, Cambridge. - on your entire journey you will see the super full labs only from pictures, no practical experience, even if you choose experience required modules, and when you raise that like a complaint they not even take to count. - you are labelled/biased, if you come from poor background they will not support you in study like they do with the "preferred" students, you can struggle at high scales, after you finish your degree you will still be the "Working class" student. - when you try to pass over a certain grade you know to be on other bracket, and you ask guidance. Or you follow the feedback, the grade will be cut down based on "I don't think is relevant" premises. - when you try to fight for your truth in grading the assignments, even if they release the grading marks guidance, they provide you the feedback based on that, but they fail you. Check why it is low ranked this university and you will understand the reason. read more

I have really enjoyed my time at ARU in first year! the support is amazing but knowing about some of the opportunties that they provide are not obvious and therefore you will sometimes just miss something but once you have signed up to everything it is amazing, as well as this the staff are usually quite helpful. There are some lecturers that are not helpful or understanding but you are able to go to the other tutors for some help read more
