Ive enjoyed my course and the people so far. I wish there were more spots for workshops and events since they fill up so quickly by the time I see them they are always full.
GOOOd uni and campus. Dream place to study fashion.
Fantastic school, my course is comprehensive and good lecturers. I feel that I am able to get any academic support if I am to need it.
As a first-year student at LCF, I enjoy very much of my university life. The campus is fantastic, whether is about the facilities or tutors. Various opportunities for me to explore my interests and hobbits from school clubs and societies. Very much appreciate what has been provided to UAL students. I am excited for more to come!!! :)
My campus is at Central saint martins and it has the best location and buildings. Wish there were more common rooms and spaces to socialsie. COuld be also good to have a sports facilities as part of the university
Decent facilities, could be more accessible though as some books have to be retrieved from different campuses which is just unrealistic
My campus (LCC) isn't the best one UAL has to offer however, it is clean, safe and has a nice and supporting environment.
I go to LCC and it’s fine. Excellent design facilities (screen printing etc). Good library. I study film and sometimes feel for a specialist school the facilities and equipment could be better for this subject. Good lecturers though and very talented classmates to collaborate with.
I really enjoy studying at chelsea. Lovely uni
I study at Camberwell college of arts, Peckham road. It’s a great space for work, to find your tribe and to collaborate with some amazing talents. I find it very well organised till now. Once you get the hang of the space, you’ll enjoy it.
I have not yet asked for careers advice so i am not sure my review of that is accurate. Overall amazing and organized university. With lots of events and support
The new LCF building is amazing and a significant upgrade with state of the art facilities
The university's great, the campus is brand new this academic year so it's very state of the art. The lifts are pretty abysmal though, there's eight of them and they still never come. I study Fashion Marketing BA and it's really informative, also there's a good balance of student-led work and teacher-led.
So far I think my universities provide a lot of helps to support students.
Very very worthy education, improved my confidence by a lot! I feel ready to take on jobs and tasks I never would have had the confidence to do before.
The LCC campus looks a bit old and is not extraordinary at all. There is always traffic noise that interrupts class. The student body is active and there are diverse clubs however they are not always managed too well and can't keep up with the large number of interested students. The wifi is great and works well.
I really like how sociable and friendly everyone is in the campus
Excellent university with plenty of support and opportunities for mature students, like me returning to academia after a long gap.
I LOVE csm. Its so much better than my home university. Everyone is welcoming, the location is great, and there's even good food in the cafe. With two coffee shops, a bar, a huge library, and multiple workspaces its hard to not find something you want to do or work on here.
Really clean, art shop has plenty of supplies great overall experience would recommend to a friend
I really like LCC. The resources offered are great and its very well located.
I am a MA current student in London College of Communication. I like our library system because it connects the libraries of UAL together and is very resourceful and easy to use. The canteen is also good- tasty food in reasonable price. I think the design and quality of our peripheral products could be better.
The facilities are incredible and massively diverse, the libraries containing any book you could possibly need. There are a lot of clubs and societies they just aren't pushed too much. The SU is really prominent during leaving/going back to term time but doesn't do anything too crazy during. However, the careers services, alumni and contacts provided by the uni are so unique and so important!
Nice and modern new east bank building of LCF ! I'm really glad to be the first group of students studying in this amaing campus!
So many campuses and resources available
UAL is an excellent university. I thoroughly enjoy my time there. The quality of education is outstanding, and the teachers excel in communication.
It is only my 3rd week at Uni but I am very happy with the support and facilities at CSM and UAL. I think that it was great to do all the Get Ready workshops in the first week. I do hope there would be more societies and maybe more participation within the societies - I went for a social where 25 people were invited and including me only one more person showed up. So 2 organisers and 2 people who showed up, it was just the four of us. But I'm hoping things get better socially as we get into the year. Apart from that I think the canteen, food, academic support staff and workshops are really great and if students take the initiative, we can make the most of all these facilities and services.
I study at Central Saint Martins and am on the ba Fine art course. The art studios could be better facilitated and could provide more interaction with the tutors. I like the community of UAL, the canteen is very expensive but the facilities are very good and there are nice studying areas such as cafes and the library.
Everything campus wise if pretty good.
I love the education I get at UAL! The main campus is amazing but the Archway campus does not have many resources and could use some work.
I enjoy the new building at LCf, however, I am disappointed at the lack of water access on each floor. I think this is a basic necessity and that they should have installed water fountains to fill our bottles with instead of relying on the water bottles that run out after filling a few bottles. This is my main issue. Other than that, I am enjoying the building so far.
many print making facilities in the campus
A wonderful experience. Staff are amazing and absolutely helpful, willing to help you with anything you have in mind in terms of project exploration, tools, materials and tasks.
I've just been here for a week but the ArtsSU us the most interesting bit about the social life of UAL. They organise fun and exciting events and provide with employability opportunities.
The university is more high tech than it needs to be so issues crop up often and I have way too many apps and websites to keep track of all my things and it gets complicated, along with the way Moodle is layed out it's often difficult to navigate when you're looking for something specific. As a student with less money I have to be a lot more conscious about my spending, especially in London, however it doesn't feel like something the university has in mind. For example the food is good quality and well priced for what it is but it's not something I can afford on a frequent basis, even the simple sandwiches are costly.
The new LCF campus is brilliant, as well as the CSM one. They feel like motivating areas of study.
I love the new campus it's beautiful, a shame we can't have visitors.
New campus changed a lot for me. Now I feel more motivated to spend time on campus.
think the university im at has lots of things going on and good learning facilities
It is fine. I like it here but it is expensive in the cafes.
i haven't used the campus that much yet, but the LCF building is great:)
No drinking water facility available at campus with easy access! Other than that Overall positive experience.
Very welcoming environment, every teacher and lecturer has been extremely nice and welcoming, and the facilities themselves are extremely good
The new campus in the east bank is amazing. Love the access to facilities and perks
I think UAL is a great university with a great rage of opportunities. I personally joined a creative shift course which was one of the best things that I was part of during my first year in university. There is a range of career services too on the website which is a good thing to look at when looking for careers or even internships. UAL in general gave me unique opportunities which I will be continuing to do as its very useful and enjoyable, even if it has nothing to do with your course!
I haven't really checked out students union or careers service but the campus facilities are good though it is a bit far away from where I'm staying. The wifi is good but there are tech difficulties with the seats check in app. There are various clubs and societies to join with friendly people.
University of the Arts London: so far, a decent academy!
My new uni is great. very modern and lots of space for me to have a successful final year.
Really good college facilities, nice space for work with some zones for leisure
Brand new building is incredibly beautiful and has good security.
Student union has little to no contact with many students, because of this only a few students views are shared and acted upon. Also, said students are often shut down by staff. Facilities are great, with staff always happy to help.
I am happy with the new campus but many facilities are not available just yet that would be really important to reach out to (the print room as a textiles print student)
Too many strikes, but overall uni life is pretty good.
I haven’t use some of the facilities.
Very happy with the campus, very good
I am located at Archway campus and Kings Cross. Archway is not in the best location and the building serves its purpose but it could be improved in.a variety of ways. As an area with multiple classrooms though, it works. King's Cross campus is spectacular though, with everything and all the equipment any creative could want. The campus is huge and modern and has a beautiful library, cafeteria, cafe, social spaces, classrooms, work spaces and social areas. The only thing I would say is that maybe these areas could be better and more often cleaned such as the sofas and private work areas.
Good experience till now, let’s see how it goes
For now, I have had nothing but a pleasant experience at the University of the Arts London. The faculty is comprised of passionate and knowledgeable teachers who truly care about their student's growth and success. The campus facilities are excellent, with many studios and resources for creative exploration. Being in the heart of London offers endless cultural and artistic opportunities. I'm extremely grateful for being able to study here, and I highly recommend UAL to anyone seeking high-level education.
good campus and good canteen/quality.
Loved my old campus and Love my new campus even more. The old campuses divided the departments but now I can see my friends from design all the time💝 The area is very communal and social too
Really good experience in terms of campus location and facilities and workshops we can attend. Careers advice is lacking in terms of helping students find placements, networking opportunities etc.
It’s been really good so far, made so many friends through the societies I’ve joined and through uni
The campus is good, but very scattered as the university has a college system. So it would be nicer if the university offered more student accommodation closer to campus, so that there is more of a communal atmosphere and course mates could be more close-knit geographically, which would also help to make friends more easily and organise meet-ups etc.
Best uni in the world for arts, so many facilities and the expertise of the teachers is incredible. Perfect place for the budding artist
there are some good facilities and services but you need to remember to go find and use them
AMAZING, I'm having so much fun.
New building is amazing with everything you need all in one place. I don't feel as though clubs and societies as promoted and encouraged enough.
It’s quite good for the course. But needs more help in trying to help students with finance and to find jobs
i have enjoyed the first few weeks, even though i have not yet used many facilities, it is clear that we have a wide and accessible range. i am excited to have inductions and start using these
Amazing experience so far! UAL is my dream uni and so far everything in terms of learning experience, facilities, faculty supper and lecturer support has been great!
I study at LCC and the campus is lovely. I like the library the best, always with seats available and great support from the library staff. There are also a lot of seats in the cafe and canteen.
I think the college has a lot of useful facility but really need to motivate yourself to experience them all
You are really given the space to expand your creative practice at UAL, you are given some great opportunities
I have only attended for 2 weeks, but so far has been really enjoyable. Teachers are great and super welcoming and the facilities are amazing! Love the beautiful campus and excited to continue my studies!
I like the campus and the facilities are very well maintained. Could use better Wi-Fi and more social spaces
Pretty cool place to do student exchange!
We have just moved to our new campus. It is exciting to use the new facilities and building. I have been using the career service for a bit over a year now. The team was amazing. I have developed several new skills and understanding of the UK working environment due to their support.
I am at the Central Saint Martin’s campus at King’s Cross. It is centrally located and very easy to reach by both bus and tube. The campus itself are in large and has a lot of space. Unlike the other UAL buildings, it has a lot of visual open space as well as a lot of students from different backgrounds. The canteen lunch at student rates which are both healthy as well as tasty.
Big vibrant community lots of opportunities
I'm having the best experience at university (Camberwell, UAL). The facilities are all I can wish for. I especially use the darkroom, the foundry, the metal workshop and digital print. The tutors are very engaging and encouraging.
Love the area and the building however I have never got any service and lots of time the wifi is very slow as well.
We recently have a new campus at LCF and the only issue I have is the open spaces can become quiet noisy, especially when you're in a class in one and there are people walking past.
The campus that I’m on has been great recently had work done.
I’ve really enjoyed my experience at UAL and learned a lot for sure
Wifi speed is great. Well organized
Aesthetically appealing campus. Staff are extremely nice and welcoming. A lot of freedom
I wish lcc had a better campus other than that 10/10 :)
staff are so helpful and students are really friendly
Some courses and workshops are hard to find but once you found the way to access the workshops it‘s great
It's a really nice location with good facilities.
I love LCC for the facilities it provides its students and the opportunities we get to explore while studying.
The Camberwell campus is great. There’s amazing facilities for the art industry
Spanning several campuses across London, UAL is the world renowned university for Art and Design. Central Saint Martins, one of the six colleges, is situated in the international hub of King’s Cross and its campus at Granary Square serves as its centre-piece. While campus and facilities may be outstanding, it’s still up for decisions whether it’s support and learning is at the same par. Having only been on campus for 3 weeks; we have witnessed both learning staff and cleaners strikes that outline UAL management’s poor handling of the wellbeing and needs of their staff, which ultimately has an effect on the study body and its ability to achieve their potential.
I'm currently studying at London College Communication under UAL and the campus is vast and beautifully maintained. The workshop faculties are top-notch, allowing students to gain practical skills. Moreover, the faculty and staff are incredibly supportive, always ready to assist and guide us.
In general good facilities and workshops.
Not enough studio space, they definitely over enrolled students. More scholarships based on merit should be available to international students
Modern social spaces Clean place Sometimes issues with washers Issues with Wifi connecting with to TV Sometimes issues with door key cards
A great university, however my course could do with a bit of a revamp as I don’t feel like I’ve learned much over my 4 years here.
My tutors are always nice and helpful and I can rely on them if I have any help, whether it is for my studies or personal conflicts. It has a large range of facilities that I can use to ensure the best experience possible.
Great range of facilities, courses and societies.
